Warranty

The products have a minimum guarantee of 12 months from date of purchase for products invoiced instead of 24 months for products with receipt . The warranty covers defects in materials and / or workmanship , and does not cover damages caused by negligence , modification or inappropriate use of the product . The product replaced or repaired under warranty will be warranted for the remaining term of the same, or for 90 days from the date of repair or replacement.

Material repay

For the give back of the goods to be repaired will need to contact our offices at number 0776.311905 from Monday to Saturday from 10.00am to 13.00am and from 15,30 pm to 19.30pm or send an e-mail with a request for permission to return at info@strumentiemusica.it . The material must be made ??intact in all its parts , including packaging. For products under warranty transportation it is paid by the sender. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 21/2014 (consumer protection in distance contracts) the right of withdrawal may be exercised by the Customer no later than 14 working days of receipt of merchandise; the right of withdrawal is reserved to the customer - consumer who buys for purposes unrelated to his economic activity and employment, and therefore provides the Supplier, together with personal details, their tax code. The products purchased can be returned with full refund of the amount paid subject to the postage for the return of the material amount identical to the one claimed in the first sending the goods . The material must be made intact in all its parts, including packaging. The software products will be refunded only if returned unused and in the original sealed package. 1. Exclusion from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the customer who buys for purposes related to their work (eg:instrumental use, resale etc.), And who therefore communicate their VAT to the supplier. The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the following cases:
• Purchase of packaged products, whose original packaging has been tampered with or damaged by the customer.
• Purchase products whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market that the supplier is not able to control.
• Purchase of goods tailored or personalized or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Purchase of software unsealed by the consumer.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending the Customer , in the above deadline , a letter with return receipt addressed to the holder of the site.
This communication must necessarily contain all that follows:
• The number of document (invoice - transport document).
• The expressed will of the customer wishes to terminate all or part of the purchase contract.
• The description and the codes of the items for which you exercise the right of withdrawal.
• A copy of the purchase document ( invoice - transport document ) for the order to which the withdrawal.
• Bank 's customer (checking account, ABI, CAB, account holder if different from customer)

In the absence of the requirements referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 the Supplier can't pay the customer the right of withdrawal. For of the relationship the customer agrees to preserve and cherish with the utmost care and diligence the products received and for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, keeping intact together with the original packaging, internal and external, as well as all hardware and accessories software supplied with each product such as for example: drivers, cables, adapters, plugs, tools etc. Following receipt of the letter with which the customer communicate its intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Supplier, checked that the above requirements, communicate by e-mail to the customer number (called DDR) to make restitution products to the Supplier. the customer agrees to return the products for which it was exercised the right of withdrawal not later than fifteen (15) days of the DDR sending the goods to the supplier and taking care to clearly indicate on the outside of the number of DDR. The costs and risks of transport for the return are fully borne by the customer. The return of products that are damaged, deteriorated or lacking in accessories or original equipment will not be accepted by the Supplier and will be returned to sender with the burden of transport costs. The Supplier once the goods are received in accordance with the above and make the necessary checks, will reimburse the customer in the shortest possible time.
